I joined the Hays Finance & Accounting team as a junior recruitment consultant, as I have a degree in this field and experience as a controller. This shows that I was not entirely sure what career I wanted. I knew that I wanted to be successful and I was looking for a job that would be challenging, yet provide such a supportive environment where I could learn new things and control my own income. I wasn't disappointed and have loved my job ever since! Like many people at Hays, I progressed quickly in my career initially in the Czech Republic. I played a big role in opening the Hays office in Russia and after some time I moved to Hungary, where I was asked to be involved in opening the Hays office in Hungary.

I was eventually appointed as the Managing Director of Hays Hungary.
