Tamás graduated from the International Business School with a Business and Management degree, where he majored in Human Resources. He was introduced to recruitment in the engineering and manufacturing division of Hays Hungary, where he supported several consultants as a Talent Sourcer Trainee. This is how he discovered the Hungarian manufacturing sector and the engineering candidates working in the field. He learned to use the tools of headhunting, contributing to the successful advancement of his team.

After finishing university, there was no question that he wanted to continue his career at Hays. As a Resourcing Consultant he strengthened the Engineering and Manufacturing Division. In 2021 he took over the leadership of the team, which is responsible for the recruitment and business development of the country's development and manufacturing areas. His team helps more than 200 engineers a year find their next career move and provides expert advice to help their partners achieve their growth plans.
