Dávid studied recreation at the Eötvös Loránd University. Prior to Hays, he worked as a real estate agent and was responsible for the overall coordination of the sale and purchase process.

In October 2019, he joined Hays Hungary's Engineering & Manufacturing division as a Recruitment Associate and after about a year and a half, he was promoted to the role of Junior Recruitment Consultant. He had the opportunity to master the recruitment processes and became familiar with the engineering field he was assigned to. He was responsible for the Maintenance and Service positions and for the full development of a new area. He recruited engineers for several levels from junior and senior to manager positions, which included pre-screening and interviewing candidates and managing the application process. In addition to this, Dávid also worked in business development and client management.

Thanks to his outstanding performance, he was promoted to Recruitment Consultant in 2021. He then joined the Technology division in 2022 for an RPO project and has been strengthening the team ever since. He is currently responsible for the ERP and CRM recruitment areas.
