Gyuri is passionate about people. As a talent sourcing and talent acquisition professional, he has 15 years of experience both in corporate and agency recruitment mainly specializing in the fields of Business Services (SSC/BSC/GBS/CoE/BPO). In the last 8 years, he has been working in various managerial roles and he is also one of the board members at Hays Hungary.

Gyuri started his career as a Talent Sourcer at another agency where he was also involved in onsite and RPO projects. Later, he gained extensive professional and multinational experience as a Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist at Hays Hungary and as a Senior Resourcing Specialist at Hays Ireland where he was internally transferred due to his outstanding performance. He also worked at the corporate side at a leading American technology company in Ireland as a Technical Talent Sourcing Recruiter. Currently, as Director he leads our market-leading Business Services & Office Support divisions, the Talent Sourcing support function and is also responsible for the RPO projects & the Enterprise Solutions. He has proven experience in RPOs both on sales and delivery sides.

György gained a BSc degree in Business Information Technology in Hungary. Moreover, he studied Business Communication in Denmark, Business Administration & Management in Finland and in the UK and acquired his postgraduate diploma in Ireland specialised in Human Resource Management. Furthermore, he is a certificated Black Belt Sourcing Ninja in Internet Recruitment.
